How are messages counted?
Every user-to-agent and agent-to-subagent message counts. For example, if you send a message to an agent and it consults a sub-agent, this counts as two messages in total.
Do unused messages roll over to the next month?
No, message limits are not credits that roll over. They are based on a rolling 30-day window from your first message, so "unused" messages cannot be carried over to the next month.
How do message limits work with custom LLM providers?
When using your own LLM provider, our platform's message limits do not apply. However, you'll be subject to your provider's own usage policies and limits.
Can I purchase additional message credits?
No, we do not sell additional message credits. If you need more messages during beta, please contact us.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
